Oberthur School Board
Oberthur Primary School operates a highly functional and involved School Board comprising of the Principal, nominated staff members, parent members and community members.
The role of the School Board is to provide an opportunity for parents and the community to be involved in school decision making and providing advice. The School Education Act prohibits the Board from being involved in the day-to-day running of the school.
All Board members are obliged to act in the best interests of the school and its students. Board members are not on the Board to represent the interests of any subgroups of the school community. Those wishing to raise issues that are not related to the legislated role/functions of the Board should do this through the school’s complaints management processes.
Please contact the school for more information.
